Boston, Mass. — The city of Boston is using a popular Facebook meme to call out use of “space savers” during snow events.

The trending meme uses a stick figure named Bill to call out bad Internet behavior. Variations of the “Be like Bill” meme have gone viral.

Following a recent blizzard, the city posted “Be like Sebastian” on Facebook to remind residents that when a snow emergency isn’t declared, any object used to save a shoveled-out parking space will be removed with weekly trash pick-up.
