Samantha L. Dorm, Senior Grant Consultant, Lexipol
Dorm first began working as a consultant for the grants division of Praetorian Digital (now Lexipol) in 2010 serving. She has been instrumental in providing grant writing guidance to various public safety and non-profit agencies throughout the United States to enable them to obtain alternative funding as well as provide instruction on statistical compilation, analysis and program development. Dorm is also a reviewer for several federal agencies and also instructs grant writing workshops
Robert Butts, Market Manager, L3Harris
Butts has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. With over 30 years of telecom experience, Rob has worked with leading vendors to design and develop telecommunications systems include most recently MCPTx infrastructure and devices as well as with Southern Linc during the deployment of the MCPTT products and services.

Michael Vertucci, Customer Success Manager, Grants, Lexipol
Michael Vertucci is a manager of the Grants Customer Success Team at Lexipol. Michael has experience with helping public safety agencies obtain over $40 million in grant funding since starting at Lexipol. Michael’s customer success team has assisted public safety departments in obtaining over $7 million in grant funding so far in 2023. This funding is used to purchase the lifesaving equipment these public safety agencies need.
