Tabitha Vande Voort is a grant professional with extensive experience in public safety and emergency services. As a Manager of Grant Services at Lexipol, she collaborates with Customer Success Managers and contractor consultants to support public safety agencies, municipalities, and nonprofits in securing funding. Her expertise has helped law enforcement, fire / EMS, and city governments obtain over $37 million in federal, state and local grants. She holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. Before joining Lexipol, Tabitha served as a firefighter and paramedic, achieving the rank of Lieutenant. Her credentials include Fire Instructor, Fire Investigator, Fire Inspector, and Fire Officer I & II certifications, showcasing her leadership in emergency response and fire prevention.
Dante Moreno is a seasoned public policy professional currently serving as the Legislative Manager for Finance, Administration and Intergovernmental Relations at the National League of Cities. With a strong background in legislative advocacy Dante leads efforts on issues including municipal finance, tax reform, census, federal funding and federalism. Prior to joining NLC, Dante worked at a boutique lobbying firm, working primarily with California cities.
