ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA. -- Many docks and marinas took a hit when Hurricane Irma came through Florida. One marine still struggling is the St. Augustine Municipal Marina.
Revenue is down by half, and it will be a while before it’s fully up and running.

The marina is still in shambles after Hurricane Irma came through in September.
