OMAHA, Neb. - The city of Omaha has $1.1 billion in transportation infrastructure needs by 2040, according to a transportation analysis.
The Omaha City Council received a briefing on transportation needs through a joint effort between Lamp Rynearson, Public Works Department, HDR and Olsson Associates.
“I think all of us knew there was a gap. The size of the gap I would say was surprising, yes, it’s very large,” Lamp Rynearson President Mike McMeekin said.
