Bossier Schools Using Grant Money For Education Tools

Technology has a serious pricetag, but Parkway High School and 14 Bossier teachers got a helping hand on that bill Tuesday to the tune of $130,000.

Bossier schools were awarded a series of grants they hope will further the effort to incorporate the latest and greatest into every classroom.

Car crashes are the leading cause of death for teenagers but Bossier Parkway High School students are saying no to reckless driving by producing driver safety videos for their peers. Andrianna Williams, a senior at Parkway High School, produced the video with the help of her broadcast teacher Julie Edwards and the results paid off — literally.
