CloudCheckr, an enterprise cloud management platform available on Amazon Web Services, announced a new compliance module to its software suite at the 2018 AWS Public Sector Summit in Washington, DC.
With the addition of the Total Compliance module, CloudCheckr said its enterprise cloud management platform meets the strictest federal compliance standards. Cities, agencies and organizations on AWS can now automatically and continuously monitor cloud infrastructure for compliance with more than 30 standards, such as:
- PCI
- HIPAA
- NIST 800-53
In addition, Total Compliance allows CloudCheckr customers to remediate issues and provide audit logs for third-party verification of compliance.

The new module is in addition to the platform’s Cost Management and Security modules. It’s available in all regions, on AWS GovCloud and to agency-classified customers. Federal, state and local governments and related organizations on AWS can use the tool to maintain strict public sector-based regulatory, compliance, security and privacy needs, according to the company.
