This one-day event will provide forward-thinking municipalities with the following expertise:

- Sponsorships—Attracting sponsors to fund critical programs and services
- P3/PPP—Utilizing the private sector to create partnerships with your public assets
- Savings—Cutting costs and improving the delivery of services through outsourcing
The speakers and session leaders recruited for the event have worked extensively with municipalities, and, in some cases, were city managers themselves.
